‘Server Busy’ Toolkit / Scan Bug Fixed!

A few of our members began to report a “Server Busy” error when they using our toolkit and scan software.  We were able to find and squash that bug!  Thanks for letting us know, it appears it just affected people with particular hardware.  No need to download our software again, the problem was on our backend.

    I have get the message “Server busy” What can I do? I have a Dell dimension 4300.
    Also I find impossible that I should be directed to a page advertising me to buy Driver Guide toolkit I already have. Do I realy need to search for the drivers in your lists? What is wrong with my product?
